Job Title: Accountant – US Accounting – Night Shifts
Location: Hyderabad, India
Experience: 2+ Years (preferred)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with strong expertise in US Accounting practices, Invoicing, and ERP systems including QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting and should be comfortable working with international clients, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations in compliance with US GAAP.

• Handle client invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and reconciliations.

• Work within ERP systems such as QuickBooks and Dynamics Business Central for financial data entry and reporting.

• Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and P&L statements.

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations.

• Coordinate with US-based teams and clients to support accounting functions.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Proven experience in US Accounting processes and regulations.

• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Dynamics Business Central.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software.

• Excellent knowledge of invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication skills, especially in a cross-border setting.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with US-based clients or companies.

• Knowledge of payroll processing and sales tax calculations.

• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or pursuing CPA is a plus.
