Job Title: Accountant / Accounts Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial reports and statements, handling bank reconciliations, conducting periodic audits, and maintaining accurate financial records using Tally Prime. Strong interpersonal skills and a solid business acumen are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate entry of sales and purchase invoices in Tally Prime

• Preparation of credit notes and debit notes

• Recording receipts through various modes including cash, cheque, UPI, Paytm, and NEFT in Tally Prime

• Managing and updating stock journals

• Performing bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies

• Supporting cyclical audits with documentation and ledger verification

• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements

• Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and internal controls

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Proficiency in interpreting and analyzing financial statements

• Experience using Tally Prime for bookkeeping and accounting tasks

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
