Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle basic accounting tasks including bookkeeping, maintaining ledgers, expense tracking, and invoice management.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, vouchers, bank reconciliations, and related documentation.
- Provide support in office administration such as maintaining records, filing, and correspondence.
- Learn and assist with compliance-related work in real estate, including RERA, DTCP, Town Planning, and other statutory authorities.
- Support management in documentation for project registrations, approvals, and related compliance submissions.
- Prepare and format reports, letters, and presentations using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Coordinate with internal team members and external stakeholders such as auditors, consultants, and clients.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with focus on accuracy and punctuality.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or office administration.
- Basic understanding of accountancy principles and office operations.
- Willingness to learn compliance processes specific to real estate (RERA, DTCP, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.
