Key Responsibilities

• Financial Record Maintenance: Accurately record and update financial transactions in Tally ERP 9, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage invoicing, process payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables.

• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with internal records to identify discrepancies.

• GST & TDS Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of GST and TDS returns, ensuring timely compliance.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss accounts.

• Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

• Taxation: Support in the preparation and filing of income tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws.

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic planning.

• Vendor & Client Coordination: Communicate effectively with vendors and clients regarding financial matters.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCom).

• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tally ERP 9/Prime.

  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

• Knowledge:

  • Understanding of Indian tax laws, including GST and TDS.

  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
