About Green Feast

Green Feast is Jaipur’s first indoor vertical farming and farm-to-fork cloud kitchen brand offering fresh, pesticide-free salads, wraps, and wholesome meals. We operate across retail, D2C subscriptions, Q-commerce, and catering, and are now expanding rapidly. We’re looking for an accountant who can manage our finances with accuracy, efficiency, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping in Tally Prime

• Record and manage sales, purchases, expenses, and inventory entries

• Generate GST invoices, credit notes, and handle reconciliation

• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns on time

• Maintain accounts payable/receivable and monitor payment cycles

• Reconcile bank statements and digital payment platforms (Razorpay, Swiggy, Zomato, etc.)

• Assist in preparing monthly P&L, balance sheets, and financial reports

• Coordinate with CA firm for audits, returns, and compliance

• Maintain organised records of bills, receipts, and vendor payments

• Support payroll processing and employee reimbursement tracking

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance

• Minimum 1 year experience using Tally Prime

• Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic Indian compliance rules

• Proficiency in MS Excel and digital payment platforms

• Good communication and documentation skills

• High integrity, attention to detail, and time management

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Experience in F&B, cloud kitchen, or D2C industry

• Knowledge of e-invoicing and inventory management in Tally

• Familiarity with platforms like Razorpay, Zoho Books, or Paytm Business
