Accounts Payable (AP):

• Process and manage incoming invoices and ensure timely payments.

• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.

• Prepare and send out customer statements, invoices, and reminders.

• Assist with the generation of AR reports for management review.

Excel & Reporting:

• Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, SUMIF, etc.) to maintain, analyze, and report on financial data.

• Create and update financial reports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

• Assist in preparing financial statements and ad-hoc reports as requested by management.

• Automate routine financial tasks and reporting processes using Excel formulas, macros, and other tools.

• Maintain databases and spreadsheets for financial data tracking.
