📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain books, reconcile accounts, prepare financial statements.
• Invoice clients, track payments (AR), manage vendor/contractor payments (AP).
• Track project budgets, costs, and profitability.
• Handle payroll, tax compliance (GST, TDS), audits.
• Support cash flow, budgeting, and management reporting.
🛠 Required Skills:
• Strong accounting & compliance knowledge.
• Excel & accounting software skills.
• Project costing & milestone-based revenue recognition.
• Good communication for working with non-finance teams.
• Preferably B.Com/CA Inter/CA; prior agency/service firm experience is a plus.
