We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage our financial operations, ensure compliance, and support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including daily bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly.

• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making.

• Manage GST filings, TDS compliance, and coordinate with auditors during annual audits.

• Process vendor invoices, staff reimbursements, and event-related expenses.

• Track inventory and cost of goods sold for cycling products.

• Support financial planning for events, sponsorships, and marketing campaigns.

• Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.

• Liaise with banks, suppliers, and stakeholders on financial matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter or equivalent preferred).

• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in retail, events, or e-commerce.

• Strong knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar).

• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax regulations.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial analysis tools.

• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
