We are a growing facility management company offering integrated services across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. Our team is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant who can manage day-to-day accounting operations, generate client invoices, and prepare accurate financial reports using Tally ERP 9.
Generate and maintain client invoices using Tally ERP 9
Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
Prepare monthly and annual balance sheets, P&L statements, and financial reports
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Assist with GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliance
Manage payroll data coordination with HR (if required)
Maintain accurate records for auditing purposes
Liaise with auditors and support internal/external audits
Track petty cash expenses and maintain expense reports
Coordinate with operations and admin teams for billing and costing inputs
Proven experience as an Accountant (preferably in Facility Management or similar industry)
Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 is a must
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel and general IT skills
Good communication and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
Experience in handling facility management billing or service-based invoicing
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance relevant to India
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
