Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Accountant who possesses strong knowledge of accounting principles and practical experience in day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in journal entries, GST, TDS, bill-wise accounting, reconciliations, and Excel functions, with the ability to maintain accurate and timely financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and record accurate journal entries in the accounting software.

2. Manage TDS deductions and voucher entries as per applicable tax rules.

3. Handle GST-related entries and ensure compliance.

4. Enter and maintain records of expense bills accurately and timely.

5. Perform bill-wise receipt and payment entries for customers and vendors.

6. Conduct regular bank account and ledger reconciliations.

7. Assist in the preparation of reports and ledgers as required by management.

8. Advance Excel knowledge.

9. Draft simple letters and written communication in English when needed.

10. Ensure accuracy in data entry with good typing speed.

Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 3 years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting.
