Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant with hands-on experience in Tally and invoicing to manage our day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, GST compliance, and financial record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

Handle sales and purchase invoicing, credit/debit notes, and receipts

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers

Prepare and maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory records

Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting

Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and documentation

Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions

Support management with reports and analysis as required

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

Basic understanding of MS Excel and MS Office tools

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and organizational skills
