Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our team in Kurla, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and accounting skills, with experience in managing day-to-day transactions and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts and reconcile payments

- Manage receivable and payable aging reports

- Ensure statutory dues compliance and GST/TDS/PF payments

- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)

- Manage daily transactions, including purchase, sale, bank, and cash

- Develop a strong sales funnel and work closely with Business Development Managers

Requirements

- graduate with 2-3 years of experience in accounting

- Strong analytical and accounting skills

- Proficiency in SAP, Tally, and Advanced Excel

- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and PF compliance

- Salary: ₹25,000 per month
