About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage financial records, ensure accuracy in reporting, and support business decisions with clear financial insights. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and reconcile financial records, ledgers, and accounts

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Handle accounts payable and receivable processes

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Conduct internal audits and support external audit processes

Monitor cash flow and financial transactions

Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Proven work experience as an Accountant (X years preferred)

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, or similar)

Advanced MS Excel skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Skills:

Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus
