💼 Roles and Responsibilities:
👥 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
📊 Monitor account performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report progress.
📝 Regularly update clients on account status and project developments.
📅 Prepare and present reports highlighting key metrics and results.
🔄 Address client concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
🛠️ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client-related challenges.
