Reconcile e-commerce transactions across platforms, track merchant fees, and manage refunds/returns to minimize financial discrepancies.
Collaborate with production, sales, and IT teams to integrate financial data from the B2B portal (e.g., API-driven sales reports) and provide actionable insights for business decisions.
Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) to automate processes, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy for both physical printing and digital operations.
Assist in internal/external audits, identify financial trends or inefficiencies (e.g., high waste in printing or low conversion in B2B sales), and recommend process improvements.
Calculate payroll for staff involved in printing and portal maintenance, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
