Job Title: Junior Accountant
Department: Accounts & Finance
Location: Noida
Reports To: Senior Accountant / Accounts Manager

Job Description:

Cordova Publications is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting principles and be eager to grow within a dynamic publishing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations and data entry.

• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.

• Prepare and update ledgers, invoices, and financial statements.

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

• Support in audits and taxation-related work.

• Manage petty cash and handle vendor payments.

• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.

• 0–2 years of accounting experience (Freshers may apply).

• Knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic accounting software.

• Good analytical and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with GST filings and TDS.

• Basic understanding of payroll and statutory compliance.

Salary: As per industry standards
