We are in a process of hiring Senior Accountant in Clystra Networks Pvt. Ltd.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare, file, and reconcile GST returns including GSTR-1, GSTR-2A, GSTR-3B on monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
Ensure proper reconciliation of Input Tax Credit (ITC) with purchase registers and vendor filings.
Handle GST notices, assessments, and GST office visits for clarification or compliance.
Maintain proper documentation and records for GST audits and departmental requirements.
Assist in filing Income Tax returns (ITR) of the company and directors as applicable.
Coordinate with consultants/auditors for statutory audits, tax audits, and assessments.
Ensure timely payment and filing of Provident Fund (PF) returns and compliance with employee-related statutory obligations.
Handle Professional Tax (PT) calculations, payment, and returns.
Monitor compliance with all statutory requirements and deadlines to avoid penalties.
Record and maintain all sales, purchase, and expense transactions in Tally Prime accurately.
Prepare and verify quotations, invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
Maintain proper ledger entries, accounts books, journals, and reconciliations.
Carry out bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and manage petty cash.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all accounting records as per company policies and standards.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and MIS reports.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for effective financial planning.
Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely collections and payments.
Support management in cost control and revenue optimization strategies.
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government departments for smooth handling of compliance matters.
Provide necessary documents, reports, and explanations during audits.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company financial policies and statutory requirements.
Oversee overall accounting operations and ensure timely closure of books of accounts.
Monitor stock records, purchase orders, and vendor payments.
Assist management with ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as required.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and accounting standards.
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
Minimum [X] years of hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance.
Strong knowledge of GST laws, PF, PT, and Income Tax compliance.
Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
Good knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Strong understanding of statutory compliances.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
