Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.

• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Prepare financial statements, reports, and supporting documentation.

• Ensure timely and accurate data entry into accounting systems.

• Assist with audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements.

• Reconcile discrepancies in reports and financial documents.

• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.

• Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and customers on financial matters.

• GST, TDS, Journal entry, Annual fillings.
