Job Title:   Junior Account Executive

Exp : 2Yrs. Min.
Salary : Upto 25K
S/W : Oracle , MS Office
Location : Vashi Navi Mumbai.
Office Timing : 10 Am to 6PM. 3Rd & 4th Saturday Off.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related field. (Added advantage if worked in Practicing Chartered Accountants firm)

• Basic application Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

• Ability to work independently and should be a team player

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing Daily/Monthly Bank Reconciliation

• Reconcile of Vendor/Customer Ledgers

• Accurately Accounting and keeping records of all financial transactions such as Bank payment/Receipts Entries, Journal Entries etc.

• Accurately recording (Invoicing) and maintaining sales and purchase transactions

• Ability to meet the targets of allocated work in time.

• Any other work allotted as per company requirement
