We are looking for an Accountant to join our team at BRM Chemicals. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹25000 - ₹28000 and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Check & manage daily accounting tasks including Purchase, payments, deposits, expenses, stock & ledger reconciliation
2. Invoice, personal banking (loans & advances) , E-invoice + E-way bill check
3. Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and budget forecasts.
4. Balance/match bank statements and ensure timely completion of TDS & GST returns / Advance Tax and all financial compliances.
5. Audit financial records to ensure compliance with updated policies and regulations.
6. Analyse financial data to provide insights on the company’s liquidity and financial health.
7. Telly setting & proper security setup for other users
8. Set up account receivable & Payables
9. Stock, bank, ledger & GST reconciliation
10. Bank visit & CA coordination regarding account related work
Job Requirements:-
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate (B.com) and 4 - 6 years of experience. Additionally, candidates are required to have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Additional certification (if any) is a plus. Applicants must have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
