BNC has been mandated to recruit a Junior and Senior Accountant roles for automobile dealership for Gurgaon Location. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in accounting principles, hands-on experience with accounting software, and the ability to take ownership of tasks. Depending on experience, you will either work under supervision or independently manage key financial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, general ledger, and bank reconciliations

• Assist in month-end and year-end close processes

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes

• Prepare and maintain financial reports, records, and statements

• Support internal and external audits

• Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial issues

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 1–4 years of accounting experience (Experience level will define Junior or Senior role)

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, SAP, or similar)

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Good communication skills and a confident personality

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Immediate Joiners will be highly preferred.

• Compensation for Junior and Senior Accountant-15K -30K.
