Job Title: Accounts Intern

Reports To: Senior Accountant / Finance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to support our finance and accounting team. This internship offers practical experience in various aspects of accounting and financial operations, ideal for students or recent graduates in finance, accounting, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records.

Support in preparing invoices, expense reports, and bank reconciliations.

Help manage accounts payable and receivable.

Aid in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.

Assist with audits and compliance checks as required.

Conduct research and analysis as needed by the finance team.

Requirements:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Basic understanding of accounting principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
