Job Overview:

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Account Executive to manage and support the financial operations for Austin Distributors Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent communication skills, and a drive to ensure financial integrity and customer satisfaction. The role will involve managing accounts, reconciling transactions, handling sales records, and supporting the broader finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management: Oversee and maintain accurate financial records for all transactions related to Royal Enfield sales and operations.

• Sales Reporting: Prepare and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for management review.

• Invoice Processing: Generate and process invoices for customers, ensuring timely payment and following up on overdue invoices.

• Bank Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly recorded.

• Customer Communication: Address customer queries related to payments, refunds, and billing discrepancies in a professional manner.

• Inventory Management: Assist in tracking inventory and sales of Royal Enfield motorcycles and accessories.

• Support Senior Accounts: Assist the senior finance team in preparing monthly financial statements, tax filings, and audits.

• Documentation & Filing: Ensure that all financial documents are appropriately organized and stored, maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related role. Prior experience in automotive or dealership accounting is a plus.

• Skills:

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, etc.).

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.

  • Strong communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.

  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines
