We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our BPO team to manage and maintain the company’s financial records, ensure timely compliance with statutory regulations, and support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling accounts in a fast-paced BPO environment and be comfortable working with large volumes of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accuracy of data entry.

• Handle billing, invoicing, and reconciliation for domestic and international clients.

• Process accounts payable/receivable and employee reimbursements.

• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and client payments.

• Monitor cash flow and prepare weekly/monthly financial reports.

• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns on time.

• Support payroll-related accounting and statutory payments (PF, ESI, etc.).

• Coordinate with internal teams for budget and expense tracking.

• Assist during audits and support compliance documentation.

• Ensure all accounting records are maintained according to internal controls and policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a BPO or service industry.

• Proficient in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / other accounting software.

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other applicable Indian statutory laws.

• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with MIS reporting.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume transactions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) is a plus.

• Experience with international accounting practices (e.g., US GAAP or UK VAT) is an advantage.
