We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our BPO team to manage and maintain the company’s financial records, ensure timely compliance with statutory regulations, and support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling accounts in a fast-paced BPO environment and be comfortable working with large volumes of transactions.
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accuracy of data entry.
Handle billing, invoicing, and reconciliation for domestic and international clients.
Process accounts payable/receivable and employee reimbursements.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and client payments.
Monitor cash flow and prepare weekly/monthly financial reports.
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns on time.
Support payroll-related accounting and statutory payments (PF, ESI, etc.).
Coordinate with internal teams for budget and expense tracking.
Assist during audits and support compliance documentation.
Ensure all accounting records are maintained according to internal controls and policies.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
1–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a BPO or service industry.
Proficient in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / other accounting software.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other applicable Indian statutory laws.
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with MIS reporting.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume transactions.
M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) is a plus.
Experience with international accounting practices (e.g., US GAAP or UK VAT) is an advantage.
