About the Role

We are seeking a female accountant who is organized, reliable, and well-versed in daily accounting operations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including purchase and sales entries, and supporting the team with essential bookkeeping tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Record and manage purchase and sales entries

• Maintain ledgers, journal entries, and day-to-day transactions

• Update and manage records using MS Excel

• Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and supporting documents

• Assist with bank reconciliation, GST/TDS filing, and monthly closings

• Support management with general accounts-related tasks

Requirements

• Must be female

• Knowledge of Excel, ledger, journal entries, and basic accounting principles

• Experience with purchase and sales data entry is essential

• 6 months to 2 years of experience preferred (freshers with solid knowledge may apply)

• Attention to detail, punctuality, and a willingness to learn
