We are looking for an Accountant to join our team at at Amusement Construction LLP. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹30000 - ₹35000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities, using accounting software like Tally or QuickBooks.

• Financial Reporting: Preparing and publishing timely financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements (Profit & Loss), and cash flow statements, for both internal management and external stakeholders.

• Taxation and Compliance: Computing taxes owed, preparing and filing tax returns (e.g., GST, TDS, Income Tax), and ensuring strict adherence to all local and federal tax laws and accounting standards (e.g., Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), GAAP, IFRS).

• Auditing and Controls: Conducting internal audits to verify the accuracy of financial records and implementing internal controls to prevent fraud or errors and prepare for external audits.

• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Overseeing payments to suppliers and vendors and tracking and collecting payments from clients to maintain healthy cash flow.

• Payroll Processing: Calculating employee wages, bonuses, and deductions, and ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements while complying with payroll tax regulations. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is the standard entry-level requirement.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software Tally (Mandatory) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modelling) are critical.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, organizational abilities, and a high level of integrity and ethics are essential.

Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
