Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Accountant with hands-on experience in Tally ERP to manage daily accounting tasks and ensure the company’s financial health. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in Tally for accurate bookkeeping and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally ERP.

Maintain accurate books of accounts including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

Generate invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable using Tally.

Reconcile bank statements with company records.

Prepare GST returns, TDS filings, and assist with tax compliance.

Create financial reports such as Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and ledgers.

Monitor petty cash transactions and employee reimbursements.

Support auditors with required data and documentation.

Ensure proper documentation and storage of financial records.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.

1–2 years of accounting experience (freshers with strong Tally knowledge may be considered).

Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime is a must.

Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred).

Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with inventory management in Tally.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and coordination skills.
