About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, preparing accurate financial reports, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting management with timely financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records with accuracy.

• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.

• Handle accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger reconciliations.

• Conduct monthly and annual closing of books.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring financial performance.

• Support internal and external audits.

• Manage payroll assistance, employee reimbursements, and petty cash.

• Provide financial data and analysis for management decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 0.6-3 years of proven experience in accounting or a similar role.

• Proficiency in accounting software like Miracle.

• Advanced MS Excel and financial reporting skills.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and statutory compliances.

• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
