Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our accounts team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will have basic accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Tally, and the ability to manage various day-to-day financial and administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform daily bank entries and reconciliations

- Prepare and enter sales invoices and sales return transactions

- Enter purchase invoices in accounting software

- Manage stock journal entries and conduct regular stock verifications

- Handle commission invoice preparation

- Match and reconcile ledger balances in Tally

- Record remittance entries and manage seller payment calculations

- Handle TDS/TCS entries as per applicable laws

- Record branch transactions including bank and expense entries

- Manage material transfers between branches

- Record production-related entries

- Process individual bank entries and other journal entries

- Generate and manage e-Invoices and E-way bills

Required Skills & Knowledge:

- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and accounting fundamentals

- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS rules and application

- Basic understanding of inventory management and cost accounting

- Accuracy and attention to detail

- Good communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team
