Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced, and highly motivated Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing general accounting operations, preparing financial reports, reconciling account balances, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:

➡ Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with GST, billing, e-way bill generation, and account reconciliation.
➡ Perform general accounting entries in Tally, including purchase and sales transactions.
➡ Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records and ledgers.
➡ Prepare invoices, bills, payment vouchers, and ensure timely billing processes.
➡ Manage accounts receivable and payable efficiently.
➡ Manage Credit Notes (CN) and Debit Notes (DN) accurately.
➡ Support audit processes with necessary documentation and data.

Requirements:

2–5 years of accounting experience.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills.
