Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the financial operations of our security services company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, handling GST & TDS filings, payroll accounting, and coordinating audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records (Tally, ERP, etc.).

• Prepare and manage monthly financial statements, profit & loss accounts, and balance sheets.

• Handle GST returns, TDS deductions, and filings in compliance with Indian tax regulations.

• Process vendor payments, invoices, and employee reimbursements.

• Oversee payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT).

• Manage petty cash, bank reconciliations, and cash flow statements.

• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.

• Liaise with vendors, clients, and government authorities on financial matters.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Indian taxation (GST, TDS, PF, ESI).

• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting software.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Effective communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

• Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the security services or manpower services industry.

• Experience in handling statutory compliances in India.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with labor laws relevant to security services.

• Exposure to billing and contract management for security agencies.
