Job description

A well-established UK-based property management company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts & Compliance Executive to join our remote team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong accounting background and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to client emails and inquiries

• Resolve tenant disputes and rental-related issues

• Ensure full compliance with UK property regulations and standards

• Manage rental accounts with accuracy and attention to detail

• Maintain up-to-date financial records and reporting

• Collaborate with the team to uphold operational and regulatory excellence across our property portfolio

Requirements:

• Proven background or experience in accounting (essential)

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Familiarity with productivity and organizational tools/software

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities

• Availability to work UK business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm GMT)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
