Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of experience in accounting, be proficient with accounting software, and have a solid understanding of financial principles, compliance, and reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Inputting & Verifying Sales, Purchase, Bank statement & Journal Entries
Preparing Bank Reconciliation statement
Sundry Debtors / Sundry Creditors, Ledger maintaining.
GST & TDS payments
Letter Preparing, E-mail Transactions, Etc.
Maintaining Petty Cash Vouchers
Preparing Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet
Petty Cash Maintenance & Petty Cash Register maintained
Mail Drafting , Regular Updates and Communicate with Clients
Preparing Invoices and Vouching Entries in Tally
Cash register, Bank register, Expenditure register and Asset register prepared.
Payroll related works (Salary Statement prepared)
Work Report prepared
Online payment related to Clients handled
Maintaining Employee’s Joining & Exit Formalities
Maintaining Employee Files & Personal Records
Maintaining Employee Attendance Tracker & Preparing employee’s salary statement
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter/M.Com preferred but not mandatory).
3–6 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Zoho, QuickBooks).
Knowledge of statutory compliance like GST, TDS, PF, ESI.
Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
