Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts and visual themes for corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, and brand activations.
Design stage backdrops, event branding elements, standees, LED screen content, entry gates, kiosks, and installation graphics.
Create 3D visualizations and mockups to present event setups to clients.
Work closely with the production team, fabricators, and vendors to ensure designs are executed accurately.
Prepare print-ready artwork and production files for fabrication and printing.
Design digital creatives for event promotions, social media, invitations, and presentations.
Modify designs based on client feedback and production feasibility.
Maintain consistency in brand identity and event theme across all design elements.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines typical in event production.
