Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate leads and close sales.

• Follow up on inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings or sales.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.

• Maintain and update customer databases and call logs accurately.

• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Report daily calling performance and feedback to management.
