-Lead, train, and manage a team of field executives/operators to ensure smooth daily operations.
-Allocate daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to SOPs and project timelines.
-Conduct regular field audits and visits to maintain quality and identify improvement areas.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Project Management, Logistics, Data QA, etc.) for seamless execution.
-Track and analyze KPIs, prepare daily/weekly dashboards, and share reports with leadership.
-Manage escalations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolutions.
-Support hiring, onboarding, and upskilling of new team members.
