Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard a minimum of 20 new customers per month through society engagement, referrals, and local outreach.

• Recruit and assign cleaners based on demand and location.

• Ensure service consistency and daily task completion.

• Conduct quality checks to maintain cleaning standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in field coordination, facility management, housekeeping, or local supervisory roles preferred.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage cleaners and interact professionally with customers.

• Must have a smartphone and be comfortable with WhatsApp-based reporting.

• Local area familiarity is a plus.
