A. Sales Achievement
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and penetration in the assigned area.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
B. Market Development
Conduct market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Provide inputs for market intelligence reports and brand positioning.
Ensure proper execution of marketing campaigns, displays, and promotional activities.
C. Distributor & Retail Management
Appoint and manage distributors/dealers as per company policy.
Monitor stock levels, secondary sales, and payment collections.
Ensure timely order booking and delivery coordination.
Resolve distributor/retailer grievances promptly.
D. Reporting & Documentation
Submit daily call reports (DCR) and weekly performance updates.
Maintain records of sales data, field visits, and customer feedback.
Share competitor and market analysis reports with the Regional Sales Manager.
E. Team Coordination
Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams for smooth operations.
Train and motivate distributor salesmen and field staff.
Participate in regular sales review meetings.
