Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and visit potential clients regularly to promote hotel rooms, banquets, restaurants, and events packages.

• Work closely with the hotel operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and networking events.

• Maintain updated records of contracts, agreements, and client details.

Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hotel sales or hospitality marketing preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in field sales.

• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Office, CRM).

  Work Environment:

  • Field-based role with regular travel.
