Role Overview
As a Field Sales Executive / Security Consultant, you will be responsible for driving direct sales of V Protect's advanced Alarm Monitoring and Response Services. The role focus is on securing residential properties (homeowners) and small business owners. You will manage the entire sales cycle—from cold-calling and door-to-door field lead generation to product demonstrations and final closure.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively generate new leads through daily field visits, door-to-door prospecting, cold calling, community outreach, and references.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct on-site presentations and live product demonstrations of V Protect's security equipment and alarm services to potential clients.
Sales Pipeline & Targets: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Partnership Building: Develop local partnerships and participate in community events or residential welfare association (RWA) meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Customer Relationship Management: Ensure a seamless and high-quality customer onboarding experience from the initial pitch to technical coordination (basic assessment for setup) and sales closure.
Market Intelligence: Collect and share daily field insights, customer feedback, and competitor activities with the management team.
