Franchisee Manager (Field-Based)

Qualification: BBA / MBA / Graduate (Any Stream)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Salary: Rs 25,000 – Rs 30,000

Work Type: Field Job

Key Responsibilities:

 Field visits to existing franchise, agents and branches

 Identify and onboard new franchise partners

 Ensure franchise, agents and branches operations follow company SOPs and standards

 Support franchisees, agents and branches in sales, operations, and problem resolution

 Monitor franchise and agent performance and revenue growth

 Conduct training, audits, and review meetings

 Act as a link between the HO and franchise and partners

Skills Required:

 Strong relationship management

 Leadership and coordination skills

 Willingness to travel extensively

 Good IT knowledge and MS Office proficiency
