🔹 Must be responsible for recovering overdue payments through field visits and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Visit clients and collect overdue loan payments

✔ Follow up via field visits, calls, and in-person meetings

✔ Negotiate repayment plans

✔ Maintain accurate records and reports

✔ Escalate problematic cases when necessary

✔ Ensure professionalism in all client interactions

Requirements:

🔸 Gender: Male only

🔸 Education: Min. 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

🔸 Experience: 1–3 years in NBFCs, microfinance, or financial services

🔸 License: Valid driving license and own two-wheeler

Skills Needed:
