Field Sales Officer

Amazon Distribution Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for multiple positions: Sales Executive, Sales Team Lead & Visibility Team Lead.

💼 Positions: Sales Executive / Sales Team Lead / Visibility Team Lead
📍 Location: Kudlu, Hoodi, Banshankari & Hoskote
💰 Salary: ₹22,500 – ₹38,000 (In-hand) + Attractive Incentives up to ₹4,000 + Petrol Allowance ₹2.50 per km

Note: Local Language Kannada, Bike & DL is Mandatory for all the Positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive P&G product sales through direct selling, presentations, and door-to-door activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Identify new prospects and develop innovative sales strategies to boost performance.

• Regularly report performance metrics and insights to management.

• Maintain and expand the client database efficiently.

Job Requirements

• Education: Minimum PUC qualification.

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Strong knowledge of different sales techniques and strategies.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in computer use and comfortable leveraging technology for sales.
