Field Sales Executive – Job SummaryWe are looking for a Field Sales Executive to promote electric bikes, meet customers, and help increase store sales.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDo canopy/roadside activities to generate leadsTalk to customers and explain electric bike featuresSuggest the right bike based on customer needsArrange and coordinate test ridesAchieve monthly sales targetsSupport store operations when neededFollow all processes for lead collection, test rides, and deliveriesHelp with simple store tasks (dusting vehicles, printing photos, opening/closing store, etc.)Skills NeededExperience in direct B2C salesGood communication and customer-handling skillsComfortable doing outdoor field activitiesAbility to explain products clearlyBasic knowledge of EVs is a plusFluent in English and HindiReady to work in a fast-paced environment
