Everyday in office preparations before scheduling DEMO ● Mentor sales representatives by coaching them on prospecting, pitching, and closing deals. ● Go on joint calls with mentees to provide live feedback and real-world guidance. ● Track performance, share strategies, and help reps sharpen their sales funnel management. ● Inspire your mentees with your energy, discipline, and success stories. ● Be the go-to person for motivation, problem-solving, and growth. What We’re Looking For ● 2–4 years of strong B2B acquisition sales experience (Indiamart, TradeIndia, Sulekha, Quikr preferred). ● Proven ability to consistently achieve targets in field sales.

● Passion for coaching, guiding, and uplifting others. ● Great at building rapport—with clients and with teammates. ● Mandatory: Hands-on field sales & cold calling experience.
