Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Paytm. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹25000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients in the Oil & Gas ecosystem:

  • Petrol pumps

  • LPG distributors

  • CNG stations

  • Industrial oil and lubricant sellers

• Pitch and explain Paytm’s digital payment solutions.

• Onboard merchants by completing documentation (KYC) and app registration.

• Install Paytm QR code kits (stickers, standees, or soundboxes).

• Train merchants to use Paytm for Business App and manage settlements.

• Maintain and grow active merchant base in the assigned territory.

• Ensure high activation and usage of the QR code post-installation.

• Resolve merchant queries and escalate technical issues when needed.

• Submit daily reports and updates to the team lead or manager

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
