Job Title: Market Business Development Executive (FMCG)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Market Business Development Executive with prior experience in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving market expansion, increasing product visibility, and achieving sales targets through effective distribution and retailer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key market influencers.
Ensure product placement, visibility, and availability across outlets.
Execute market development activities and promotional campaigns as per company guidelines.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide actionable insights.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and supply chain) to ensure smooth operations.
Regularly visit market areas to track sales performance and collect feedback.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales or business development.
Strong understanding of distribution networks and retail operations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in working with general trade, modern trade, or rural markets.
Strong local market knowledge and established network in the FMCG sector.
Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.

As per industry standards (Fixed + Incentives + Allowances)
