Job SummaryWe are hiring energetic and motivated individuals for our Field Sales Team. This job is for Freshers who have completed the 12th Pass level and want to start a career in the banking sector.Your main goal is to meet new customers and sell essential banking products, such as Credit Cards and Bank Accounts. This is a field job that requires daily interaction with people outside the office.Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)Find Customers: Actively search for and meet potential customers in your assigned local area. This involves working outside the office daily.Sell Products: Clearly explain the benefits of Credit Cards and Bank Accounts to customers face-to-face.Reach Targets: Work hard to achieve daily and monthly sales goals (targets).Help with Paperwork: Help customers fill out application forms and collect all necessary documents accurately.Represent the Bank: Always be professional and polite when talking to customers on behalf of the bank.Required Qualifications (Who Can Apply)Education: Must have a minimum of 12th Pass certification.Experience: Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply.
