Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and active Field Sales Coordinator who will manage on-ground sales activities, visit retail shops, collect orders, and ensure smooth field operations across assigned regions.
Key Responsiilities
• Conduct daily field visits to selected shops/outlets as assigned by senior staff.
• Check product inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
• Take regular orders from retailers and share them with the sales team.
• Maintain good relationships with shop owners and store staff.
• Ensure the correct placement and visibility of products in stores.
• Follow up on deliveries, pending orders, and payment updates (if required).
• Submit daily reports on visits, orders, and market feedback.
• Identify new potential shops for product expansion.
• Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
• Work closely with seniors to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Be open to traveling across cities such as Chennai, Hyderabad, Mysore, and nearby markets as required.
