Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

• Proven experience as a BDM, Sales Manager, or similar role.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office tools.

• Result-oriented with a strong business acumen.
